When you rent with us you will be dealing directly with the landlord. We take the responsibility of managing your home seriously, and we put you at the centre of everything we do.

Our Tenant Charter sets out the services that are provided to ensure that all tenants are treated equally and they are provided with the best possible service.

As a residential or commercial tenant, you will have all the protection in place that come with one of Britain’s premier private Landlord, and with a dedicated property manager we ensure a personal service from our Professional team.


We take our responsibilities to our tenants very seriously. We employ an in-house team of letting agents, building surveyors, lawyers, property managers and maintenance experts. With a 24-hour helpline and on-site staff to answer questions during office hours, we are confident that renting a property from us will be an enjoyable and stress-free experience.

  • We are a professional Landlord, not an agent and have a vested interest in the maintenance and rental of the property.
  • If you rent directly from us you will incur minimum tenancy agreement or administrative fees.
  • We have an emergency helpline run by dedicated members of staff during out of office hours to deal with any emergency issues that you may have ensuring that your case will be dealt with professionally and with efficiency.
  • We will endeavour to respond to and identify any maintenance issues within 24 hours of it being reported. However. We also endeavour to keep you updated and informed during the process of any issues.
  • We will keep all our properties, including the internal and external communal areas well maintained
  • Each of our properties have a dedicated member of staff who is readily available should you require any assistance or have any questions throughout the term of your tenancy.


If you are a letting agent and would like to action on our behalf then please contact us for a copy of our terms and conditions. Subject to your agreement to our Heads of Terms and passing our due diligence we will provide you with a username and password in order to access our extensive letting list.
